Terms of Service & Legal Notice

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Fit Base, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland (QLD), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensional schematics, static load capacities, and pricing. Independent Fitness Rigging Brand Notice: Fit Base is an independent fitness hardware and gym foundation retailer. Fit Base is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rogue Fitness, Iron Edge, Verve Fitness, Force USA, SMAI, or Again Faster. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, hole pattern standards, and technical installation context. Fit Base reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Structural Installation, Substrate Fastening & Calisthenics Load Safety

Structural Wall & Ceiling Mounting Warning: Overhead pull-up bars, ring brackets, and resistance band anchors exert substantial dynamic rotational torque during exercise. Brackets MUST be securely anchored directly into structural wooden/steel timber studs or load-bearing solid masonry/concrete walls using appropriate structural fasteners. NEVER anchor dynamic suspension hardware into hollow plasterboard, drywall, or non-structural ceiling battens. Substrate Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for verifying the structural integrity of their building substrate prior to installation and consulting a licensed builder or tradesperson if in doubt. Fit Base is not liable for structural wall failure, ceiling collapse, dropped gymnastic rings, or personal injuries resulting from improper anchoring, unverified substrate mounting, or exceeding published working weight limits.
